Strategic Communications

QUILL KEY COMMUNICATIONS

1.Develop and implement a strategic communication plan for clients.

2.Lead the organization’s brand development, storytelling, and marketing strategy in all media formats.

3.Provide mentorship and support to our staff wherever they may be and collaborate with them to provide strategic guidance to develop technical and country strategic communication plans, identify main client themes and messages, while working with client resources and external vendors, developing products and platforms to expand partnerships

4.Develop content and stories for client partners and audiences through different channels (e.g., websites, social media, videos, presentations, brochures, and magazines).

5.Increase visibility of client’s work among various stakeholders including senior audiences across the government and civil society leaders, and within the private sector.

6.Lead specific pieces of analytical work concerning different audiences’ perceptions and opinions of client.

7.Ensure quality control of all client materials by applying appropriate format and branding of products and presentations

8.Ensure linkages between in person and digital events and opportunities.

9.Draft talking points, blog posts, op-eds, and other written materials.

10.Facilitate coordination across communication staff in client country and regional offices and, as needed backstop country and regional communication leaders around major events, presentations, and key campaigns
